This B17 is a solid 18 ga. steel handmade sculpture, finished in a rough detail, raw metal style.

Base is removable and entire airplane and base are clear coated to protect finish.

Detailed features include, gun turrets, 50 cal. guns and 4 massive engines.

This is a one of a kind, completely hand made metal model.

Perfect for the man cave, office or any display setting.

Measurements: 27″ wide wing span x 20″ long, and 12″ high with base.
Weigh is 7 lbs. 14 oz.

This plane was intended for indoor use, but may be displayed outside.
If left outside, it will eventually develop a rusted patina over time.

The Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress is a four-engined heavy bomber developed in the 1930s for the United States Army Air Corps (USAAC).
The B17 was introduced in April of 1938, and was actually produced from 1936 to 1945, with a total of 12,731 being built.
